Calling Card Access

VoIP Globe offers prepaid calling through Calling Card Access Numbers located around the world. Make calls using our Low rates when you're away from your Internet connection by calling an access number similar to a traditional phone card.

How it Works

Click on "Calling Card Setup".

Choose a 5 digit PIN number.

Dial a calling card gateway.

Enter your 7 digit Virtual Number and PIN, then dial the number you wish to call.

Consult the Control Panel online help section for more detailed information on this feature.

Local Calling Card Access Numbers

Call anywhere in the world from any phone in the world and use your VoIP Globe WorldWide Call Credit by dialing a Calling Card Access Number.

In order to use this feature, call the applicable calling card access number, enter your Virtual Phone Number and 5-digit PIN (as set in the Control Panel), call any number (PSTN, IP, Voicemail, etc.) followed by the pound (#) key.

This deducts applicable calling credit from your account based on the number called.

Note: Unlimited plans do not include the use of the Calling Card Access Numbers. You must maintain VoIP Globe WorldWide Call Credit.

800 Calling Card Access Number

Call anywhere in the world from any USA or Canada phone and use your VoIP Globe account by dialing the calling card access number.

Users call 800-360-1961 and enter their Virtual Phone Number and 5 digit PIN as set in the Control Panel to call any number (PSTN, IP, Conference, Voicemail...).

Calls are billed at.04 per minute plus the per minute fee of the destination where you are calling. VoIP Globe calling card access numbers require you to have VoIP Globe WorldWideCall Credit and the applicable charges will be deducted from your call credit balance.

Note: Unlimited plans do not include the use of the Calling Card Access Number. You must maintain VoIP Globe Worldwide Call Credit to use this service.

Note: 800 Access Number calls are charged from the time that the system answers the call. This includes all ring time, voicemail time and talk time.
